Please Read Carefully Before Booking
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Additionally, the remaining balance of your appointment will be charged to the card on file, totaling 100% of the scheduled service cost.
I kindly ask that rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance. With proper notice, your deposit may be transferred and applied toward a rescheduled appointment.
Please keep in mind that appointments book quickly and availability is limited. While I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests, availability within the same month is not guaranteed. Depending on my schedule, your new appointment may need to be booked for the following month.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A 15-minute grace period is provided for unexpected delays. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service modified to fit the remaining appointment time or may have their appointment canceled at my discretion.
Refund
Policy
Deposits for canceled appointments are non-refundable, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation occurs. Once a service is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy.

Final payment is accepted via:
Cash

Apple Pay
Credit Card
Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal are not accepted.
Scheduling
Appointments
Appointments for the following month are released during the last week of the previous month.
For example, February appointments become available during the last week of January.
Appointments remain available until fully booked.
Appointments requested outside of normal business hours are available by request only and are subject to a $50 convenience fee in addition to the service total. Please contact me directly to inquire about availability and schedule an after-hours appointment.
Guest Policy
To provide every client with the highest quality experience, appointments are reserved exclusively for the scheduled client.
For this reason, additional guests, children, and pets are not permitted in the studio during your appointment.

Nail Art Levels & What to Book
Nail Art
Miami Nail Studio specializes in custom nail art. Nail art is required with every appointment. When booking, please select the appropriate Nail Art Tier that best matches your desired design.
If you're unsure which tier to choose, feel free to contact me before booking. Selecting an incorrect Nail Art Tier may result in there not being enough time to complete your requested design. In that case, I may need to simplify the design or reschedule your appointment.
Soak-Offs
If you require a soak-off, it must be selected at the time of booking.
Additional time is reserved specifically for removals and cannot always be accommodated if not booked in advance.
